The World's Best Chili Beans

Here I'm going to share with you one of the best chili beans recipe's you'll ever eat. In this recipe were going to be using canned pinto beans and canned kidney beans. You should wash your canned beans off in a colander with cold running water. This will really improve the flavor of your finished chili beans.

You can cook these chili beans either in a crock pot or in a pot on the stove. Either way they will turn out perfect.

For Your Recipe You Will Need

1. One 15 Ounce Can Pinto Beans Washed And Drained.

2. One 15 Ounce Can Kidney Beans Washed And Drained.

3. One Pound Of Ground Beef.

4. One Cup Fine Chopped Bell Pepper.

5. One Cup Fine Chopped Sweet Onion.

6. One Tablespoon Minced Fresh Garlic.

7. Four 14 Ounce Cans Tomatoes with Chilies.

8. Two Tablespoons Brown Sugar.

9. One Tablespoon Cocoa Powder.

10. Two Tablespoons Chili Powder.

11. One Tablespoon Cumin.

12. One Teaspoon Ground Cayenne Pepper.

You want to brown your meat in a large skillet along with the garlic, bell peppers and onion and cook it until your hamburger is brown. Drain well at this time and add to your crock pot or stock pot if cooking on the stove.

At this point if your cooking in a crock pot you'll want to add everything to the crock pot and stir well. Cook on high for six hours after the pot gets hot.

If you cook it on the stove in a large pot you'll want to cook it at boiling for 20 minutes and then reduce to a high simmer for 3 hours. Be sure to stir your pot often and if it gets to thick add a can of beef broth.

I think these are one of the best chili bean recipes I've ever tasted. Serve this chili over corn bread for a delicious meal combination.
