Quick and Easy Chili Recipe
Author Thomas Byers This fast and simple chili recipe is practically fool proof! Just brown your hamburger along with your onions and drain well. If your using a crock pot drain well and then add your meat and onions to your crock pot.
Ingredients:
2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 Onion, finely diced
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 (14.5 oz.) can Tomatoes, diced
2 (14.5 oz.) cans Italian-style Tomatoes, diced
1 (8 oz.) can Tomato Sauce
1 cup Water
1 (15 oz.) can Kidney Beans
1 (15 oz.) can Pinto Beans
2 Tbsp. Chili Powder
1 Tbsp. Ground Cumin
2 Tbsp. White Sugar
1 Tbsp. Salt
1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. Hot Pepper Sauce
Directions:
Brown ground beef, and drain if needed.
Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is translucent.
Add the tomatoes, diced tomatoes with chili peppers, tomato sauce, water, kidney beans, pinto beans, chili powder, cumin, sugar, salt, pepper and hot sauce. Let simmer for 30 minutes and then serve.
You can brown your hamburger in a skillet and while your browning your hamburger let your onions cook. Drain and add to a 6 quart crock pot. Add the rest of your ingredients and let it cook for eight hours on high. You'll have the perfect crock pot chili each and every time.
